AJAX DETECTION TECHNOLOGY CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If you ordered a product from AJAX DETECTION TECHNOLOGY you can not cancel your order or refund.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: We do not accept return the products, we accept replacing only if the product is wrong product or in case of a manufacturing defect for up to 10 days from the date you purchased it. Please notify us and ship the box in its original packaging back to us. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse the replacment of the product if the product has been used.
AJAX DETECTION TECHNOLOGY DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY: We deliver our Products to all Countries. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within Germany cities shall be in 2 – 3 working days and from 3 to 5 working Days to Other Countries. Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your fulladdress along with your contact details.
